“Ramato” Tool Post Grinnders are manufactured by using the latest technology and are subject to rigid quality controls at each stage of manufacturing. The construction of the machines is sturdy and robust to offer vibration free performance.
GENERAL: All components are precisely machined and assembled to ensure smooth running interchangeability of parts and life-long trouble-free service
BODY: The body is made of high-grade cast iron, normalised to ensure strength and rigidity, consistent with neat and pleasing appearance.
CORES: The stator and rotor cores consist of thin lamination of high-quality silicon steel, insulated from one another to reduce the core losses to a minimum.
WINDINGS: High grade super-enamelled wire is used in stator windings which are thoroughly dried and impregnated with insulating varnish and backed to assure good insulation.
SHAFTS: Are of high-grade mild steel machined to close tolerances and is ground accurately for the bearings to be mounted.
SWITCH: Each machine is provided with a rotary on-off switch, mounted on the base for operating the motor.
WHEEL GUARD: The wheel guards are provided on Bench Grinders with end caves, which may be easily removed for fitting of grinding wheels. They give perfect protection to the worker with full freedom of operations. Adjustable tool rests are provided to ensure maximum usage of grinding wheels. A V-belt driven grinder is a type of bench grinder or pedestal grinder that uses V-belts to transmit power from the motor to the grinding wheels.
